We’re looking for an energetic and empathetic trainer to help our students build communication, confidence, and workplace readiness. If you can turn nervous candidates into interview-ready achievers, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, body language, and presentation.
- Train students for Personal Interviews (PIs), Group Discussions (GDs), and Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing.
- Deliver mock interview rounds with feedback and improvement strategies.
- Help students overcome stage fear and boost public speaking skills.
- Collaborate with our academic and mentorship teams to align soft skills with entrance exam goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in soft skills or corporate training (education sector preferred).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Ability to connect with students from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Energetic, empathetic, and motivational in approach.
