Step 1: Counselling Registration
- Log in at https://www.nimcet.admissions.nic.in
- Register separately for counselling (even if you appeared for NIMCET)
- Pay ₹1,000 as non-refundable counselling registration fee
Step 2: Choice Filling & Locking
- Fill and prioritize choices among participating NITs and IIITs
- Modify/reorder your choices until locking
- If not manually locked, choices will be auto-locked after July 4, 2025, 5:00 PM
Step 3: Seat Allotment Rounds (1st to 3rd)
- Seats allotted based on:
- NIMCET rank
- Reservation criteria

- Download Allotment Letter and proceed to online document upload & seat acceptance
Step 4: Online Document Verification
- Upload required documents for verification by the allotted institute
- Pay ₹10,000 as seat acceptance fee
