VARC Trainer

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

Location: Deccan, Shivaji Nagar

Reports to: Respective Subject Head

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Alumni of top B-schools / reputed institutes/universities will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably for MBA and UG entrance exams such as CAT, CLAT, or IPMAT
• Fresh literature graduates with a passion for teaching, strong subject knowledge, and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• To be able to take classes in the subject for which the recruitment is done
• Actively engage with students during and after classes to ensure clarity of concepts and continuous improvement
• Take up assignments as and when required
• Counsel students on preparation strategies and performance improvement
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions
