Understanding the exam pattern is essential for adequate preparation. Here’s how the CLAT 2028 exam is structured.

Undergraduate Eligibility (UG)
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements to appear for CLAT 2028 at the UG level:
- Educational Qualification: Must have completed or appeared for Class 12 or an equivalent examination.
- Minimum Marks:
- General/OBC candidates require at least 45% marks.
- SC/ST/PwD candidates require at least 40% marks.
- Age Limit: No upper age limit.

English Language:

Legal Reasoning:

Who Can Apply For AILET 2028 – Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for AILET 2028 application form, students should review the NLUD-specified qualifying requirements for AILET 2028. Only students who meet AILET 2028 eligibility criteria will be permitted to appear in the admission test. The AILET 2028 minimum eligibility criteria are as listed below:
- Candidates for the B.A.LL.B (Hons.) course need to have the 10+2 exam with at least 50% of their total points.
- There is no upper age bar to take the AILET 2028 exam.
- Candidates who are currently in their class 12 are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their class 12.
