Eligibility Criteria for IPMAT 2026
- Educational Qualification: Students who completed their 12th exams in 2024 or 2026 are eligible. Additionally, students appearing for their 12th boards in 2026 can also register, provided they pass by July 31, 2026.
- Age Limit: All general applicants must be born on or after August 1, 2006. Candidates under SC, ST, and PwD reservations have a 5-year relaxation and are eligible if born on or after August 1, 2001.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates require a minimum aggregate of 60% in their 12th exams. For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the minimum requirement is 55%. (IIM Indore generally does not impose a fixed percentage cut-off but considers aggregate marks).
Candidates must meet a few prerequisites to maintain eligibility for the exam. The IPMAT Rohtak 2026 eligibility criteria are as follows:
- A minimum aggregate of 60% in Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) or equivalent exams for candidates in the General, NC-OBC, and EWS categories.
- A minimum aggregate of 55% in Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSC) or equivalent exams for candidates in the SC, ST, and PWD categories.
- Candidates currently in their final year of Class 12 (appearing in 2026) are eligible, with admissions granted provisionally.
- The maximum age limit is 20 years as of June 30, 2026.
- Candidates must have successfully passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA for the General, EWS, and NC-OBC categories.
- Candidates from SC, ST, or PwD categories must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent.
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Students appearing for the CUET UG exam can also apply for the IIMB BBA DBE exam 2025. The scores obtained in the General Test of CUET UG 2025 (Section 3 only) will be considered for admission to the BBA DBE program at IIM Bangalore. Candidates who appeared for the CUET exam in 2023 and 2024 or plan to appear in 2025 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who appeared for JEE Main 2025, 2024, or 2023 are also eligible to apply for the IIMB BBA DBE program.
- Applicants must have successfully completed the Class XII examination or possess a diploma following ten years of schooling in any stream recognized by the relevant boards under the Government of India.
- Candidates are required to present original mark sheets and certificates no later than 1st August 2025 to qualify for admission.
- Selection to the program will be based on the candidate’s academic record, performance in the entrance examination, and the results of the personal interview.
Academic Requirements:
- Candidates should have passed the 10+2/XII/HSC examination in arts, commerce, science stream, or equivalent in 2024 or 2025 or are appearing in 2026.
- The candidate must have passed the class 10th examination not before 2021
