What is the MBA CET Exam?

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, commonly known as MAH CET, is a state-level management entrance exam conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. MBA CET 2025 Exam Fees

Eligibility Criteria for the MBA CET exam

To be eligible for the MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2024, candidates must meet specific academic criteria. They should have completed a minimum three-year Bachelor’s Degree from a University recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for candidates from Maharashtra’s backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability). Alternatively, candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply.
Important Notes:
  • Aggregate marks refer to the total marks obtained in the subjects that determine the class declaration from the respective University.
  • For candidates with grades/CGPA instead of marks, conversion to percentage will follow the procedure certified by their University/institution.
  • The percentage of marks should be rounded off to two decimal places.
  • Candidates from SC, VJ/DT (NT (A)), NT (B), NT(C), NT (D), OBC, SBC categories must provide a “Caste Validity Certificate” from the Social Welfare Department, and ST candidates must submit a “Tribe Validity Certificate” from the Tribal Department, along with a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate, except for SC and ST candidates, during document verification.

Each year, approximately one lakh fifty thousand candidates apply for the MAH CET MBA/MMS exam. The initial step to apply for the MAH CET 2025 exam involves online registration. Below is the process for MAH MBA CET 2025 registration and application form submission:
  1. Visit the Maharashtra CET website.
  2. Register with basic details.
  3. Navigate to the MBA/MMS CET 2025 tab.
  4. Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab.
  5. Accept the terms by clicking on the ‘I accept and proceed’ tab.
  6. Complete the registration form with personal details, address, and mobile phone number.
  7. Create a password, then save and proceed.

  3. The signature should be on white paper with black ink.
